There are not enough nice things to say about Cheryl and her team at Elements. We first booked our date in August 2018, and after three years of waiting, were finally married on September 4, 2021. Cheryl was an angel - from helping us reschedule our September 2020 wedding to LITERALLY alphabetizing our place cards, there was nothing Cheryl didn’t do spectacularly. She was so responsive, calm and reassuring, and always had our backs. The services she provided were worth thousands in and of itself. I booked the Elements River room sight unseen, and I will say one of the best things I’ve ever done! The food was amazing and the professionalism was over the top, had open bar for three hours. A huge shout out to Cheryl the event coordinator, Molly one , two and Rich the bartender who was great to all the guests. I would highly recommend the River room for any wedding rehearsal it was a seamless party. This was book during coronavirus pandemic which another obstacle which was handled perfectly. Also make sure Rich is your bartender for your event you’ll will not be disappointed. Thanks again

My experience with Elements was quite good. The venue itself couldn’t have been more perfect. It gave you the look and feel of a downtown event in the downtown of the suburbs. The venue offers a lot in their package, including the wedding cake, but the food alone is worth it all.
The support staff here is quite amazing. The food was phenomenal! Everyone was complimenting how great it was! The chef, Zac, truly has a gift. Beautiful space and excellent service! I hosted my daughter's bridal shower here and it was amazing! Everyone was impressed with the venue and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was super attentive and on point for the entire time. I would definitely recommend Elements at Water Street, as well as use them again! We also stayed overnight at the Hotel Indigo and our stay was very pleasant and comfortable - hotel was clean, very nicely decorated, and the staff was very polite and accommodating. I will be back!!

We decided to change our venue to Elements last minute because we wanted a more romantic ambiance due to the gathering restrictions from COVID. I do not know where to even begin with saying how great Cheryl and her staff were! Planning a wedding during COVID was extra stressful and Cheryl was our saving grace. I would have to say that her responsiveness to emails is what really got me to choose this venue. I had my bridal shower here last weekend. If I could go back in time I would choose this place 100 more times! The decor is absolutely gorgeous, modern, bright and sophisticated. Every single staff member was attentive, alert, friendly and provided quick service. The cook is extremely talented, as all of my guests were raving about the food. It was also presented perfectly. Butler style mimosas were the cherry on top to make this a perfect day.

Cheryl Cady and her team made our wedding day absolutely perfect! Everything was so amazing... the service, the food, the ambiance of the venue and the entire weekend at the hotel! Our guests were blown away by everything! We have received numerous calls/texts/social media comments from guests telling us how much they loved our wedding and how we had the best food ever!
