Avalon Motorsports is a family-owned, German auto repair company located in Denver, Colorado and we've developed a superb reputation since founding our company in 2001. Avalon Motorsports originally existed to provide performance enhancements to Audi and VW vehicles. In 2007, we shifted our focus to performing expert service and repair on Audi, BMW, VW, Porsche and MINI vehicles.

Outstanding service, communication, and warranty on repairs. They have taken the time to track down some tricky repairs and fixed them the right way....not every shop will do that. Even though I recently moved from Denver proper to the southern suburbs, I have every intention of sticking with Avalon.

Sam answered my phone call. Tried to get a straightforward quote for the 40,000 mile, 4-year service on my VW. But he would not give me a quote. Told that I would have to bring it in for an inspection at $150 + taxes. I said I wanted what VW lists on their maintenance schedule; he said VW doesn't have a schedule and that it is not a "cookie cutter" process. I was looking at the maintenance schedule he said they don't have! Furthermore, a manufacturer's recommended maintenance is cookie cutter by definition! My expectations were high as I know that Avalon handles higher end car repairs. Very impressed with the shops expertise and communication. A very well ran shop with sincere employees. I have been referred by a friend to Avalon to do the work on my Audi A4. I''ve always nervous to take my car to a non-dealer for service. But when the dealer quoted me $900 to do a "standard" 2 year check up with fluids and filters, I knew that it was time to look for alternative. My call to Avalon was answered by Nathaniel who was about as nice and welcoming as anyone I've ever spoken to in conjunction with cars. I am hopeful that the service is as good as he is at customer intake.

I compared prices between Avalon and my local VW dealership and Avalon was much cheaper. The guys here are friendly, quick, and very transparent. I don’t take great care of my car and I really don’t know much about cars. They sent my a easy to read comprehensive report on the vehicle and called me to give a piece by piece break down of what they found and their recommendations. They gave it to me straight up, didn’t try to over sell me products but recommended what needed to be done to keep my car driving safe and running effectively.

I took my 2013 Mini Cooper s, after having some turbo issues, and this place was the best choice. Hands down. They were beyond friendly and know what they are talking about. Their prices are really good and their work is incredible. Get Nathaniel to help you out, he helped me and was the best. Although I bet the other workers are just as great.

First class all the way, very becoming of a what a premium auto shop should be! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fully transparent, highly communicative, great offices and patron accommodations. It was especially awesome to learn that they are a sister company of Urban Autocare, as I was a customer of theirs for years - the whole and only reason I didn't hesitate to go to Avalon... same world class service!

Since our regular place was booked out, we came to Avalon. Avalon charged us $161 just to look at our car. Then wanted us to pay up front before they ordered the part they said we needed. We used our "emergency fund" to pay them; money we have to pay back with interest. A week and a half later, turns out the problem isn't what they thought. Now they say it's a recall issue so we can go to a dealer to get it fixed for free. $161, interest on the $1100 we pulled out, two trips downtown, two missed workdays, and almost two weeks waiting--all wasted because of their mistake.

I had a horrendous experience with Avalon Motorsports. Don't be fooled by the great website and shiny photos. What a scam. Do not use them. They are not on the up and up. Please take the time to read this. Here's how it started. I went there, worked with Tom and waited for an estimate for struts on my BMW Z4, while Brian was trying to get out of the shop for a mountain getaway. So far so good. I had my car at Avalon for the second time for a similar issue. Tom was good about keeping me informed on their progress. As they told me this was a new issue, even to Audi tech support. After their consultations it was determined that the original part was faulty. I picked up the car and to my pleasant surprise there were no additional charges. It fell under their warranty. The best compliment I can give to a business is to recommend them and return myself.

I am very disappointed in Avalon. I called and asked if they could repair the convertible top on my 2005 Mini Cooper S. They said they could do the repair. My top would not open all the way.
They had my car 9 days and the top still does not work. I spent almost $900. They did replace a broken part but the top still does not work.
Avalon is not open on Saturdays and the 4th of July holiday was during the time they had my car. When I went to pick up my car on 7/6/14 the top would not go down. I was given a ride home but not offered a loaner car. When I called on 7/7/17 I was told they would not

These are, hands down, the best car specialists I've ever encountered. I'm extremely finicky when it comes to my car. Wherever I am, I search for only qualified mechanics to work on my car. Nice, well-kempt place and very friendly staff, but a warning to anyone going in for an oil change to read the initial bill carefully, which I failed to do. I paid 2-3 more for an oil change than I ever have in my car's 10 year life span. Though I do believe they use real, premium synthetic oil, an oil change should NEVER cost $125 (and $38 of that was for labor!!!). You live and you learn,,,read everything you sign and question, question, question EVERYTHING. Everyone I have told about the price of this oil change has laughed in my face, including two people who work in the car business.

We purchased a subaru outback from Avalon Motorsports. Working with Nick was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgable, professional and honest. When we had an issue with the sensor on the accelerator, we were able to bring to their other location, Urban autocare and it was fixed with in a few hours. All of the mechanics are extremely personable and knowledgable. We will never go to another autoshop again!

Great service at Avalon! I've been coming to Avalon for years and they always treat me right. The service on my Audi's is always top notch and with warranty on repairs I no longer have to worry about walking out the door and the repair not working a week later.
I don't have the latest and newest Audis, but Avalon is always willing and happy to work on my vehicles and treat it as if it was brand new. Their facility is clean and comfortable.
