The Nurse practitioner, Lara, refuses to write a simple clearance form for a specialist regarding a medical condition that is typically monitored by your primary care physician. I had been to all scheduled appointments for this and was not experiencing any issues so I was not expecting any issues, however when called she stated she would not write a letter clearing me for the medicine a specialist deems I need, not based on medical concerns, nor an evaluation, but stated that she did not and would not be held liable, so she simply won't do it. I had no problems with this office in the past and

I have finally founda GREAT family practice! Dr. Lara S. is Amazing! My wife and I recently went in for physicals and are extremely happy. All the staff is very pleasant and office is very clean. I felt extremely comfortable talking to Dr. Lara about anything, she made both of us feel at ease and not embarrassed to talk about anything we were concerned or curious about. Dr. Nigam is the BEST! She genuinely cares about her patients and listens to them instead of just brushing things under the rug like most modern day physicians. I have full trust in Dr. Nigam and recommend her to anyone. From walking in the door and the office staff knowing you by name without you having to tell them every time, to Dr. Nigams compassion and ability to see you same day in most cases she is always my first call for anything medical.
