Whether it's your first visit, or you plan to join us several times a week. During our Hot Vinyasa sessions, we focus on marrying breath (Ujjayi) with postures (Asanas).

Remember: class etiquette is important! Arrive 5-10 minutes early and hydrate before, during, and after each class. Check your shoes (and your ego) in the lobby before entering the studio, as well as your cell phone. Clean up after yourself. Minimize conversation, respect your instructor, the students, and yourself.
