In the beginning we knew little about the Locksmith trade and look at us now. After purchasing Hester's Lock & Key in 1994, we acquired certifications in Professional Locksmithing. We hit the field running and it was there we gained our knowledge enabling us to provide the services we do today. With the help and patience of our customers, we gained hours of "on-the-job" training.
We continue to learn each day and attend annual training to further our knowledge and skills. We will go as far to say, If we don't know the answer we'll find someone that does! Bought a used vehicle that only came with one key. The dealer and hardware stores wanted as much for one key as I got a key fob and three keys programmed for from ATC. Good communication, on time and everything works great.
