Services
Plastic Injection Molding
Our three Niigata all-electric injection molding machines (500, 400, and 300-ton capacities) provide cost-effective, one-stop plastic part production. This eliminates multiple shipping requirements while maintaining precision tolerances. Our integrated approach ensures seamless transition from molding to finishing operations.
Zinc Die Casting
We produce high-precision zinc die castings with tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes. Our capabilities include high-yield production, extended die life, and reduced cycle times. This process delivers decorative and functional components for automotive, medical, and industrial applications.
Steel Stamping
Our on-site steel stamping facility utilizes electric and hydraulic presses for precision part formation. This includes the 2019-installed New Minster press, capable of handling complex geometries and high-impact strength requirements for industrial components.
Metal Coating
We offer vacuum metalizing (PVD), electroplating, powder coating, and EMI shield coating. Our capabilities include decorative finishes, reflective surfaces, and functional coatings for corrosion resistance and conductivity across metal and plastic substrates.
Steel Bar Roll Forming
Our steel bar roll forming process creates precise shapes through incremental bending. We produce round, oval, and rectangular bars with lock seals for casket hardware and custom applications. This method ensures dimensional accuracy and structural integrity in production quantities.
