Please know some doctors here will claim to know if something is covered by insurance or not and then you will receive a fat bill of something not being insured. If you decide to call and get help with the bill, you will receive rude "customer service" from someone that also doesn't fully understand what they are talking about. Lesson learned: it is a hit or miss whether the employees will actually be accountable, and you somehow have to be an insurance expert in order to understand what you will end up being charged.

Dr McKelvey is fantastic. She listens to you and has an excellent way of tracking what you have said and coming up with diagnosis and solutions to your problem(s). Other doctors I have been to in other practices only seem to address one of the issues I have brought up in my appointments and never seem to be able to get to the bottom of problems I have with a diagnosis or treatment plan. Dr. Mckelvey uses a notepad and keeps track of what you say and addresses each item separately and how they relate to each other.. that is the lost art of diagnosis! I never feel rushed with her either. She's an

Refused to see me without referral for non-emergent neuro symptoms I'm having, told me to go to the ER if primary care is too expensive (what world do you live in that average ppl can afford an er visit??)
then the receptionist replied rudely and hung up on me when I asked them to let their doctors know their referral system is gatekeeping healthcare from ppl who need their help :)

The Corvallis clinic has treated us well. They are our preferred medical facility in the whole region. They are very accommodating to us as we are elderly and clearly explain thing s to us with great patience. The views are wonderful and inspiring and make me feel pleasant.

Bonus - there is plenty of parking in the front.

Extremely professional and Dr Herman is amazing at explaining what is going on with your nerves and her plan of attack. Made me feel heard and seen and hopefully now I can start down the road of feeling better and migraine free or at least more manageable. Great staff and very polite.
