Our dogs Cooper and Maple are family. Lets be serious, I need that shirt that says, "My dog owns the house, I just pay the mortgage." I wouldn't leave my dogs with anyone who wouldn't treat them like family, and I don't expect you to either. When you leave your dog with us at Paws in the City, he or she will become my extended family!
We've put thought into every detail to make your dogs experience the best it can be. Our facility has rubber floors for extra padding and traction while the pack plays. Salt lamps, diffusers, and live plants are placed through the facility making the air quality better and cleaner. Our outdoor area has a six foot tall fence, with the gate padlock closed, to ensure safety at all times.

Safety is our number one priority at Paws in the City. Cooper and Maple are my fur babies, and I'd be devastated if anything ever happened to one of them. Paws in the City is a boutique dog daycare. We require more vaccines than most daycares, and have zero tolerance policy for aggression. Just because your dog has been to the dog park or other daycares doesn't mean they will automatically be a fit at Paws in the City.

Our four legged friends are part of our family and they deserve a day full of fun, love, and best buddies! At Paws in the City, we promise to provide the best in doggie daycare so you can go about your day absolutely worry free. Your dog will play in one of our 4 play areas all day. We don't have scheduled crate time, we let the dogs play as they wish.
Training

Paws in the City offers basic obedience training for your four legged friend! We partner with Macatawa Dog Training, who rents our building to hold group classes. Our training sessions work best if your dog has already been through Macatawa's Basic Obedience class, but that's not 100% necessary. Working on training while your dog is in a daycare facility provides a high distraction environment.
Grooming
Report
Grooming can be a traumatic experience for dogs. Most dogs don't like baths, or going to the groomer. At Paws, we believe that doesn't have to be the case! We want your dog to have a positive, even relaxing grooming experience. To ensure this happens, we let the dogs set the pace. If a dog is getting stressed out, we let them take breaks.
