I came to Dr. Nirvana after a year of being shuffled from one specialist to another with no one being able to help me. I was told I had a histamine intolerance or possibly MCAS but no doctor was able to make a definitive diagnosis or suggest any real treatment other than H1/H2 blockers which only mask symptoms. Meanwhile I was getting sicker, having increasingly severe allergic reactions to an increasing number of triggers. By the time I found Dr. Nirvana I was feeling so broken.

Love Dr. Nirvana! I have PCOS and she has helped me regulate my mensural cycle and come off of birth control! She has recommended supplements that have increased my energy levels, improved my gut health, and helped get my hormone levels on track to get back to normal ranges. Still working with her on all of the above, but we have made great progress. She has taught me to eat for my blood type and to listen to my body when it comes to the food I am eating.
