Ben Lopez was an absolute pleasure to work with! He took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. Not only did I have a great experience working with Ben but I was able to receive the answers I needed while staying within my budget. I been helped with my infidelity case in a very polite and professional manner. Good communication, also. One thing I really liked, after like two weeks the case it was closed, Ben followed with me and asked how is everything going in my life regarding the case, but not only. Ben Lopez was quick and efficient. I called him on Saturday 8/8/2020 to inquire about rates and finding a missing family member in the city of Chicago. Within an hour, he had sent me a contract and had assured my grandmother and I that he was on the case. By the end of the day, he had updated us with information about possible locations of the family member. On Monday, he confirmed their location, met with him, and got us in contact with him. He has been truly helpful in reuniting my family and we are eternally appreciative of his services. He was very honest and involved, sent everything in writing

I asked a Chicago attorney for a recommendation for a process server to serve a corporation in Deerfield and was referred to Ben Lopez, President of Verify Investigations. I called and left a voicemail, and received a return call from Ben within 30 minutes. He quoted me a reasonable fee to serve a complaint and summons on a corporation, I emailed him the documents, and asked for service within 5 business days. Service was complete in less than 2 business days, a very detailed notarized Affidavit of Service (including the name, title and physical description of the individual that was served
