Dr. Bell grew up in Cascade, Iowa. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa, she graduated magna cum laude from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. She also trained at the Illinois Eye Institute and Westside VA Hospital. Dr. Bell is one of the first optometrists in the Milwaukee area to attain National Board Certification in Optometry.
