Do you offer delivery and setup services?
Yes, we provide delivery and professional setup for all rental items at an additional fee based on location and accessibility requirements.
What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve rentals, with full payment due 10 days before your event. Payments can be made by check to Canvas Unlimited.
How do you handle equipment damage?
Clients are responsible for equipment from delivery to pickup. We charge for damaged, missing, or stolen items, so proper storage is required during events.
Can you help with event planning?
While we focus on rentals, our team provides guidance on tent placement, space planning, and decor coordination through our resources and partner network.

So great for all of your rental needs. Theyre super responsive and so helpful. We had to add different items to our wedding multiple times and they were so accommodating! They also have everything!
