Do not use this company!! beware they take your credit card and put you on an auto renew program with no notice of the upcoming renewal. we have been double charged for services that were worthless and when we tried to get the double charge reversed all we got was the run around! apparently no one is responsible for taking care of customer service. no job is worth using this company for, better to throw your money in the trash.

This company/process is horrific. We are a subcontractor and were required to go through their vetting process mid-way through a job. They have charged nearly $1,300 to continually harass me about our safety policies - policies which we've been using successfully for years on all types of jobs for all types of clients. As I write this, I'm on email #100 and still not compliant. They read until they find one thing and then kick the entire manual back. You fix that and then another 12 pages later, they kick it back again. I sincerely hope they are enjoying this, because I am

This company has NO ability to think outside the box. They refuse to accept our company specific OSHA safety manuals that have been approved many times over even by Railroads and Major Airports. All because the forms in the manual say SAMPLE. Well, duh!!!! They ARE samples of the forms we actually use in our company, with our letterhead on top. Are we supposed to use copies of actual forms that we've filled out? That's a privacy issue!
Additionally, they refuse to accept our OSHA 2018 log submitted electronically, as REQUIRED for 2018. How can they NOT accept what OSHA requires

Closed the account over the phone over a yr ago. Then just got billed $698$ on a expired credit card and they wont refund the money. How ridiculous is this company.

Please ignore working with avetta!.. as earlier mentioned; us contractors are barely making margins and then BOOM we NOW HAVE TO pay for this "brother in law" service (my company pays Exactly $4997/yr) to only be placed as "RED" because our insurance "was going to expire in 2 weeks" even though we have active insurance.. furthermore they do not have specialist you can speak to, only data processors.. currently we are having issues with COI language and my agent has submitted 4 times the "approved verbiage" only with rejects.. we requested to speak to their
