I wake up before the crack of dawn and start baking. I bake for about four hours before we open, and I make a certain amount of product every day. I make as much as I can make possibly make. And when it is gone, it's gone. Wild Sweet William's was named the Winner of "Best Bakery Around Arkansas"! What's not to love about a buttery, luscious cinnamon roll?

We were listed as one of the great cinnamon rolls in Arkansas on the Only in Arkansas website. I love Wild Sweet William's! As a Harding student, it can be a real struggle paying for food off campus, let alone a delicious treat. The pastry's are affordable and absolutely scrumptious. The employees are just as sweet as their treats are.

Remove from freezer and place 6 scones (12 minis) on parchment paper lined (or greased) baking sheet, spaced 2-3 inches apart. Thaw scones at room temperature for 10-20 minutes until scones are no longer frozen solid, but still firm and cold. Place rolls 2-3 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheet and allow to sit at room temperature for 30-60 minute and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
