Nurse Lynn, Rachel, Ashley, and the staff were extremely personable. I'm a late 30's age guy, not too versed in cosmetics. Given my 'very deep' age lines and tight budget. She still did a methodical, excellent job.

I went in for a (complimentary) consultation and found both the staff and Dr. Karcher to be amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions with zero judgment. They were also very honest and didn't try to upsell me. I could tell this was a place that took care of its patients and wasn't just trying to churn customers like some other places I've visited! 10/10 would recommend.

The initial consultation was via zoom, easy and complimentary.
