Terrible, I brought a working floor jack with a bad seal. It released too fast and popped it lifted cars excellently beforehand. Brought them the pump to rebuild it first, it took them two days before they called and wanted us to bring the ram that's a slip fit into the cylinder. Then they said "oh you were right we didn’t need it but there isn't going to be a warranty on the pump" 2 weeks later they called us and said that it was missing pieces and they wanted 700 dollars to rebuild a floor jack!! They said they would sell us a brand-new one for 1000 bucks!!! I can have a lift installed for
