Sol and Virginia were our saving graces when it came to planning our wedding in Puerto Peñasco. To simply thank them pales in comparison to the excellent work they did for us! From the very first email I sent, they demonstrated excellent communication and customer service skills: quick replies, answers to everything under the sun, and a simplified & stream-lined wedding planning method. On the day of our event, everything was hassle-free and smooth; we didn't have to worry about setting anything up or breaking anything down. When deciding to get married in Puerto Penasco my wife and I were unsure of how to plan our special day from Arizona. I was very disappointed in the level (or lack of) communication with Si I Do. After deciding on a venue, I received a proposal from them however 2 weeks before the wedding, they realize they quoted the wrong food/drink price per person and it went from $18pp (original) to $35!! They just said, sorry we made a mistake. Also, you have to figure out all of the questions to ask as they will not give you ALL of the information to help you make the best decisions. I've never heard of not being allowed to make ANY changes 6 weeks before your wedding! I tried to cancel the photographer they hired
