Precise and extremely effective, it speeds recovery from accidents and most painful musculoskeletal conditions, including whiplash, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back pain, TMJ dysfunction, scoliosis, rotator cuff injuries and frozen shoulders, thoracic outlet syndrome, knee problems, plantar fasciitis, and most other strains and sprains.Symptoms of arthritis can be relieved as well, as the position and function of the joints improve.

Report
If pain, weakness, stiffness, fear of injury, or lack of energy limit your activities and your ability to enjoy life, Orthopedic Bodywork can help. If your performance ability is important to you, then fine-tuning your balance and coordination and increasing your endurance is essential. If you feel OK already, you can feel even better, while reducing your vulnerability to future injury, and increasing your freedom of movement.
Neuromuscular Coordination Technique
Report
Neuromuscular Coordination Technique stimulates the Motor Control Center of the brain to register and correct weak or faulty movement patterns. Through careful testing, the therapist locates muscles that are compromised, and works with them to establish a strong, functional pattern. This allows overworked muscles to relax, strengthens under-active muscles, and speeds the rehabilitation process after injury.
The Egoscue Method of Postural Therapy
Report
The Egoscue Method is a Postural Therapy program. The work begins with an assessment of the client's posture and muscular imbalances, using fundamental anatomical, physiological, and biomechanical principles. Next a series of exercises is designed, combining stretches to safely relieve tight, shortened muscles, and therapeutic strengthening exercises for the weakened muscles.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Report
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle method of treatment that can balance the central nervous system and support the client's natural healing resources. The Craniosacral System includes the cranial bones of the head, the brain and surrounding membranes, the spinal cord, sacrum, and the cerebrospinal fluid that circulates throughout the system.
