Ben is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School and has been a leader in the field of catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation for more than twenty years. After graduating from Harvard, Ben was employed in the corporate litigation department of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and worked on complex business litigation matters for several Fortune 500 companies.
Holli Clark

Holli joined Ben Brodhead shortly after he founded Brodhead Law. Currently, in her capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Holli handles all aspects of managing the business of the firm as well as providing leadership and oversight of the firm's cases throughout the pre-trial, trial, and post-trial processes.

With over 18 years experience in the legal field, she literally has her hands in everything we do, and her dedication to helping our clients is unparalleled. Janna studied Graphic Communications and Marketing at Clemson University before switching gears to explore her career options.
Austen Smith, RN

Austen is a Registered Nurse and received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clemson University and her Associate in Applied Science in Nursing from Trident Technical College in Charleston, South Carolina. She also studied fine arts at The American University of Paris. Austen's enthusiasm for the field of medicine and her sincere interest in helping others make her a true asset to our team.
Barbara Minakata

Barbara was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jal., Mexico. She attended Georgia State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She also earned her Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Collin College in Dallas, Texas. Barbara came to Brodhead Law to get hands-on experience as she begins her journey towards law school to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney.
