Everything about our stay at Casa Grandview was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. When you enter the grounds you are thrust into (what feels like) another country. We immediate lost touch with the city life around us. The lush botanical wall surrounding the grounds completely shields you from the outside world. If you have a need to stay in the area or are just looking for a place to stay that will exceed your expectations and take your breath away, this is the place!

Casa Grandview has charm, character and privacy! Cherly and Kirk are wonderful, caring hosts along with their staff. This was our escape from “the new norm” and safety was paramount. Our suite was spotless upon arrival and check-in was contactless. Their attention to detail far exceeded our expectations, even during these trying times, and made my birthday weekend exceptionally special! We felt so comfortable and relaxed, that it’s hard thinking about having to go back to reality. Highly recommend!

The property is absolutely beautiful. A little jungle paradise. Cheryl and Kirk keep up this property very well and are very nice people (their staff as well). Our room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. In comparison to other B&Bs I have stayed at - this one is by far the best. Breakfast is great and they will make you almost anything as long as they have the ingredients. That was a WOW for us. We will return if we ever go back to West Palm Beach.

Casa Grandview is delightful! The rooms are lovely, the staff is very friendly and helpful (with great advice for local food and attractions) and the location is fantastic - walking distance to the convention center and less than 10 minutes drive to the beach. It is quiet and charming and an excellent place for a peaceful, romantic get away. You will not be disappointed!

We were on a little tour up the East Coast of Florida and Casa Grandview was one of the main reasons we decided to stop a West Palm Beach.
We had looked online many many times but simply could not choose which room type we wanted as they were all so different.
After deciding to just wing it and go see them in person, Cheryl and her staff (and our adorable little furry guard dog Lucy by her side!) could not have been more helpful in giving us a tour and showing us everything we wanted to see and more!

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful and comfortable room, great breakfast, nice pool. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the whole time I was there (two days), I had no TV service. I was told they were "working on it", but it never came back on. (not that I was planning on sitting around watching TV, but it would have been nice to be able to turn it on in the morning or at night). Other than that, everything was great.

We booked over Christmas, in the Coastal 2-bedroom apartment - with full kitchen and living room. Superb hospitality, charming decor, great attention to detail with complementary snacks and drinks on arrival. Free street parking & a 10-minute drive from the beach. Comfortable beds, large rooms, bathroom stocked with toiletries... it lacked nothing! Real value for money, I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Cheryl & Kirk!

Don't even know where to begin. This bed and breakfast is magnificent in every way. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The owners, Cheryl and Kirk went over and beyond our expectations to create a peaceful and lovely visit for us. We stayed in the main house in the penthouse room. It lacked absolutely nothing, was comfortable and luxurious. The private restroom had every modern comfort but still maintained the charm of an old home. The owner gave us wonderful recommendations on local activities and restaurants, I'm so glad we listened to her!

We stayed at Casa Grandview for 6 nights in May and had a wonderful time. Cheryl, in particular, was such a gracious host -- allowing both early and late check-in and even upgraded us to a larger cottage because there was availability (we didn't even ask for this). The location is very convenient near Cityplace and not far from the beach. The grounds are well kept and the fully equipped kitchens were a wonderful addition. Overall, I would highly recommend it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I think some of the cottages could use a little refresh (the furniture in ours

Amazing experience. The place is beautiful relaxing. The rooms are cute, cozy and made me feel right at home. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious. Best place I have stayed and I travel a lot. This B&B made my business trip feel like a vacation. Already planning my next visit! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

There was not one thing that I could find wrong with our stay at Casa Grandview. The ambiance is incredibly charming, the owners are hospitable, the staff is so congenial, breakfast was nutritional and delicious, the landscaping is pristine, the pool is well situated; offering shade and sun, the rooms are beautiful and appointed with anything you could need! I look forward to visiting Cheryl & Kirk Grantham again!!!

One of the best trips that I could have wished for. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and our anniversary. Cheryl and Kirk are the best. We sat and talked with them and they made themselves available to us anytime for anything. Even with family in town; who we were lucky enough to meet, they took great care of us. They treated us like family and the breakfast was out of this world. We were sorry to leave after only two nights, but we will be back. Where do I start. Was going to Sunfest wknd and was bummed all the chain hotels were sold out. After we found this boutique hotel (5 minute Uber ride)we are going to stay here from now on . Crazy attention to detail Amazing new marble bathrooms, 2pools, soundproofed rooms, super soft bed & sheets (probably 1000 thread count supima cotton sheets), fabulous full breakfast with mimosas included. Divine. You turn into the alley where the inn and cottages of Casa Grandview are hidden, and enter a lush, leafy, welcoming tropical paradise, with music playing, a saltwater heated pool, and outdoor furniture on decks and patios. It's classy and relaxing. To give you an idea of how much of a labor of love this is, at Christmastime, Cheryl and her helpers spend two full days decorating the main lodge and all the rooms and outdoor areas. You've got to go and we highly recommend! We just went there for our honeymoon and had the most fantastic time ever! Staff was the absolute best! Great experience! Me and my girlfriend is currently staying at Casa Grandview and we've literally just been here for 15 hours. The rooms are amazing, very cozy with a lot of personality and they're super clean. You get everything you need in the room, from a big bed to a nice bathroom with all toiletries you need.
The best part so far has been meeting the owners who are super friendly, almost feels like they're relatives that welcome you into their home. The breakfast is something you must attend since they cook everything themselves and it all tastes delicious.

This B&B is one of a kind. They have a stellar staff! Wait... Not really staff more like mom n' pops cooking your breakfast to order. The service is personalized to your wants and needs. They even decorated my breakfast with a chocolate baby carriage as I'm expecting. Everything is within a two mile radius- restaurants, beach, entertainment and parks. Great amenities. Beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes are free of charge to borrow. Love this little oasis! We'll be back. Thanks Jahaida and staff!

Cheryl runs an absolutely fabulous operation up in Grandview Heights. She has renovated a whole village of vintage craftsman bungalows into vacation house nirvana. Couple that with her positively sparkling personality, delicious made-to-order breakfasts, super-friendly staffing, and fantastic prices and you have a total winner of a combination. I wish every place that I stayed on the road were even 1% of Casa Grandview's magnificence.

We travelled to Casa Grandview in 2009 - at the height of the recession, we were able to get some *amazing* travel deals.
I originally found Casa Grandview on vrbo.com, but once I read the reviews on Trip Advisor, I was ready to book. We were not disappointed in any way! We chose the Urban City Chic casita, and although I'd have preferred to be on the other side of the 'compound', it was so comfortable and the decor was just our style.
We've stayed at a lot of rental properties, but Casa Grandview goes beyond all the others by a long shot. I loved have all the personal items
