Magnificent 1920’s NYC glory, red brick facade, gargoyles, sensational rooftop deck, Olympic size pool, across the street from the Highline midpoint— what’s not to love?

One of the finest buildings in Manhattan in a mellow neighborhood. Soulful, quality built, solid, inspiring, down to earth vibe, great neighbors and views, happy helpful staff. You feel proud and grateful living here, part of its fascinating history. Stayed at a friends on off for 2 years because of work.
Only downside is all the ugly modern “luxury” buildings sprouting up around the high line displacing locals and artists, and most people living there are anti-social. Need a little local green park for dogs too around 25th (but that’s not the buildings responsibility). For the money London

London Terrace Towers (LTT) is a beautiful residential complex of the four corner buildings located on Ninth and Tenth Avenues between West 23rd and West 24th Streets in West Chelsea, Manhattan. LTT offers residents wonderful amenities like a charming indoor pool and rooftop terrace.

Lovely tree lined street with the pungent aroma of dog piss. If you like the smell of dog urine and would like to contribute, this is a good place to live.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff who act like they are doing you a favor . Also the management staff are completely unhelpful . They allow tenants to keep vicious dogs that attack and won't do anything about it . Rent is out of control high and the services you get in return are minimal

I have lived at London Terrace for a little over a year, and it is by far the most well-managed building I've ever lived in. Response time to any issues is generally less than an hour. Having a mail room on site is an incredible bonus. I never need to go to FedEx or UPS to send packages. The residents are very nice, and many of them have lived here for many years taking great pride in their building. I highly recommend London Terrace!

FYI: I live on the 24th street side of the complex, in the 460 building. So, things might be a little different on the 23rd street side (the 435 building).

Having just moved in just a few weeks ago, I'll probably be updating this review in the future, but I just felt like I needed to say something, given the mixed reviews this complex gets.

This is the first time my wife and I have lived in a full-service "luxury" building, so maybe that affects my perceptions a bit. But, so far, I have to give this apartment complex high marks.

The rent is pretty typical for this area (upper

My wife and I moved into London Terrace a few months ago, and could not be happier. From the very beginning of the process we were met with the very gracious Leasing Manager Rachel. She was so professional and handled everything with class. She explained to us in full detail the entire process and walked us through it. Everything happened the way she told us it would. When we saw the apartment it was under construction. And now the apartment is beautiful spacious and feels like our home. The maintenance crew has been fantastic. Anytime we need anything they are there to help us out within

We moved in to London Terrace two years ago, when we did they claimed the construction was ending very soon. It's still going on and rumor has it they will continue ripping off the entire front of the building until next August. The noise is unbearable, workmen all the time scaling the walls, jackhammers, drilling, sawing and banging and after that's all done, they will have to make more noise to remove the scaffolding. This is like living in the middle of a war zone on a highway. The windows do not cut out any of the outside noise. Not only do they not care about their tenants but the

I love my apartment! We live on the 24th Avenue side and I couldn't be happier. My husband and I moved in about 7 months ago and we don't have a single complaint. The amenities are fabulous. The pool is gorgeous, lobby is clean and welcoming. The courtyard well kept. The package room is run efficiently. I adore all of the doormen, especially Alex. We've never waited more than an hour for maintenance. And of course, the location is fabulous.
We love London Terrace.
