Our dishwasher stopped working. The reason wasn't obvious. Called Robert and he was able to come by in a couple days to check it out. He was right on time and called to let us know he was on his way. He quickly figured out we needed a new pump. He ordered one on the spot after giving us a quote and getting our OK. The pump came in a few days and Robert was able to fit us in a couple days after that. Once again he was right on time and had the pump installed in minutes. We were impressed with his promptness and great attitude. We were also impressed that we didn't have to pay for the pump until

He worked efficiently, explaining what he was doing and left us with tips on how to maintain good function for our older Subzero refrigerator-freezer.
