Near Shore Rock Cod and Lingcod Fishing is a great option for first timers or if you're fishing with youngsters. Boat travel time is approximately 15-30 minutes up the coast as far as Davenport. It is a very fun and productive trip. We always return to the dock with plenty of Rock Cod and Lingcod for dinner!

Long Range Rock Cod and Lingcod Fishing is a blast! The charter leaves the dock sharply at 6am and returns around 3pm. Our first stop is to fill our 90 gallon tank with live bait. Then it is an hour and a half boat ride up the breathtaking California Coast! This trip is not for the faint of heart. It is not uncommon to see whales, dolphins, and other sea life!

Tuna Season is typically early September through late November. We can never guarantee this window so instead we have a waitlist to Tuna Fish with Go Fish Santa Cruz Charters. Once we get official word that the Tuna are biting we contact our waitlist and get you out as soon as possible!

JT took the clients to fish at Davenport again today. They caught limits of quality rock fish including green spots, yellow tail, bocaccio and starries. The water and weather was nice. We fished north of Davenport. The clients had early limits of a variety of rock fish including vermillion, yellow tail, gophers, bachaccio and canaries.
