Specializing in family law and juvenile law, Jody has practiced law in Oregon for over two decades. Jody grew up in the Pacific Northwest. She began her collegiate career at Washington State University and while there founded the University's first Sociology Club. After moving with her husband to Hawaii so he could pursue his Navy career, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Hawaii in 1990.
