On-site Packing
Report
When the situation dictates working at the customer's facility, Express Packing has dedicated crews experienced in on-site packing. Whenever possible, all of the wood boxes/skids are prebuilt at Express Packing and then shipped K/D to the job site. This allows our on-site personnel to complete their work more efficiently with less disruption and clean-up at the customer's location.
Automotive Parts Packing
Report
Plastic parts are packed using specific dunnage to protect the part while in transit. All class "A" surfaces are protected from marring, scratching or denting. Metal parts are preserved by either using VCI, Bagging the material in a vacuum sealed bag, or lightly spraying a spray on the products that can be removed once material has landed.
Appliance Pallets

Our ability to hold tight tolerances, while manufacturing large volumes, has earned the respect of our appliance pallet customers. Express Packing has built shipping bases for furnaces, fan coils, refrigerators, ovens, ranges, ice cream machines, and dishwashers. Utilizing metal fixtures, we can assemble every pallet within the prescribed specifications.
