Impact Gymnastics Academy

IMPACT Gymnastics Academy is a children's gymnastics gym with Olympic-class coaching and state-of-the-art equipment. We are devoted to training athletes with world-class gymnastics coaching so they can become more disciplined and focused to improve their overall health. IMPACT Gymnastics Academy is a private gym whose main focus is gymnastics, however, we also provide the NINJA Zone and various types of Tumbling including Tumbling for Cheer.

Our girls Junior Olympic competitive team program is governed by the United States Association of Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program (USAGJO). The girls XCEL team program is a competitive recreational program aimed at keeping girls in the sport of gymnastics. Parents, please make sure your child wears clothing that is appropriate for performing gymnastics skills (soft fabrics and secure tops).

This free class is for toddlers 6 thru 17 months old, parent participation is mandatory. In this 30 minute class the students will enjoy the world of exploration and movement education. We provide a stress free environment for the child to begin moving and mastering movement.

Our talented coaches encourage guided exploration of our mini circuits set up with tunnels, slides, mini mountains, tilting and rocking mats, ball pit, soft balance beams, parachutes and more.This is definitely a can't-wait-to-come-back experience! This class will remain free until your child reaches 18 months and can move to the next level.

Our developmental program is for children up to the age of 8 that show promise in the following areas: strength, flexibility, and athleticism. This program is invitation only and the children must be good listeners and be able to learn at an accelerated pace. These classes move at a faster pace than our Kinder Kids classes and your child will be groomed for placement on our competitive team.

Our girls junior Olympic competitive team program is governed by the United State Association of Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program (USAGJO). Our program consists of levels 3-10 in the JO Program. The USAGJO has specific skill requirements for each level and the students will master those skills that pertain to their level and then compete against other teams in the United States of America.
