I live out of state and needed to order plants for the passing of a family member. I called Don's Floral Studio for their assistance. After speaking with an employee of the studio, I ordered two plants, was given the total (including tax + delivery) that my card would be charged, and was told the plants would be delivered the following day.
Very early the next morning, I received a voicemail from a different employee stating that I owed an additional $18.82. This employee blamed the previous employee for being part-time and misquoting me. Ultimately, I would be responsible for their mistake and
