This place is a joke... I saw them over a year ago and they recommended a medication for me. I had to make my typical yearly appointment to get refills. I made the appointment and the doctor recommended a different rx and said if I decided against the new one I could continue on my original medication. They called in a one month supply for my original rx and after doing my own research and talking to friends that had been on the medication they were recommending, I decided against it and called back in asking for then to call in more refills for my original rx since I just saw them three weeks

Dr. Crutchfield saved my life, by the will of God. I struggled with adult acne for most of my 20s. I went to him and he immediately prescribed treatment. At the time, I was a broke college student, and when I explained to him that I would lose my insurance in a few months, he continued to help me and to treat me regardless. I will never forget his kindness. He cured my acne in less than nine months. None of the dermatologists I’ve seen in the U.S. and Canada were able to accomplish anything close to that. I have reviewed this facility before. Today, I arrived for curbside pickup of my prescriptions and was met with a significant amount of rudeness and subpar professionalism. When people call to pick up prescriptions or to communicate about their medical care, how about you ask questions that adhere to HIPAA! Asking me what prescriptions I need before verifying my name, date of birth, etc. is the most important!!! This message is for Amy and the front desk staff who gave me such a difficult time picking up the approved prescriptions. Transferring me to the lady who approves the meds was not necessary

I am stunned by the lack of number of reviews! Dr Crutchfield is an amazing doctor. Great personality, always makes you feel heard and acknowledges your discomfort or issue. You do wait in the lobby for a while, but when it’s your turn to see him it’s all about you, as if there where no other patients. He is stunningly knowledgeable, intuitive and genuine. I think if more of his patients knew to do a Google review they would all post 5 stars and great remarks. His staff is also equally amazing. Well trained, empathetic and kind. Over a 110 light therapy session, a no improvement. Most would agree that Dr. Crutchfield is milking the insurance company. Perhaps an ethical Dr. would have tried other treatment, but OVER 100 light therapy sessions at around $130 ea.

It's a busy clinic and there might be a wait, but it's worth the wait! Dr. Crutchfield knows his stuff about all things skin, cosmetics and more! The Medispa is always an enjoyable experience as well. I LOVE the Hydrafacials... I highly recommend!! Every visit at Crutchfield Dermatology leaves me feeling confident in my skin!

I was treated by Dr. Crutchfield for adult acne vulgaris, hindsight I wish I would have seen a different dermatologist. Dr. Crutchfield made me feel as though he truly cared about me and fixing my acne during my first appointment, only for it to go downhill thereafter. I am a female in my 20's who has dealt with acne on my jawline/cheeks for as long as I can remember. Knowing what I know now (thanks to an OB/GYN MD), this is typically known as hormonal acne due to a disruption in hormones.
