I love walking on to this campus, I always feel incredibly blessed to be a part of this school. My oldest graduated here in 2020 and my younger son is attending now as a freshman. There is no perfect high school but LuHi has created an incredible culture of amazing staff and quality students. It's been fun to see the growth over the years and even with a larger student population, the classroom sizes allow for that personal connection between the teachers and students, and the Principal, Mr. Ness and the Executive Director, Mr. Gehrke really get to to know the students and parents. I really love this school. I am graduating this year, and the culture of the school hasn't changed much after the three years I've been there. It's very welcoming to new students. The coursework will challenge you, and the teachers can be strict with deadlines and grading. Senior year many of the classes are similar to college classes. I would highly suggest their dual-enrollment in AP classes, saves money and gives you college credits. Once again, I wouldn't choose any other school to go to.

Well, I haven't been here that long since currently I'm a freshman attending here. But, from a standpoint of view it seems like I can defiently tolerate this school. I came here on the first day knowing the kids are different as they don't do drugs, have faith in christ, and not constantly use foul language. As most of us focus on friends, education, and sports and it's a much more friendly community dealing with teachers and kids comparing to my middle school (Cimmaron Middle School) and there's a variety of students in different towns as we are also very accepting.
