The ATMs at HOPE's New Orleans, Louisiana, branches are in service and available for transactions. The Elysian Fields branch is now open. All other locations that were in operation prior to the storm have reopened. Use our Convenience Services to manage your finances if you are unable to access your usual branch. If you have emergency financial needs and can't contact your local branch, call us at 1-866-321-4673. You can also use Shared Branching facilities to conduct business.

The only reason I came out to this Hope branch was because the Madison branch completely screwed up a simple deposit and this branch had to fix it. I wasn't happy about having to drive out here for what should be an easy thing for any bank to take care of, but I suppose that's besides the point...
While this branch is comparatively much better than the Madison branch, the corporate management of Hope really needs to do something about the awful customer service from its tellers. As normal, I waited in line so I could ask for the lady, apparently the branch manager, who I was referred

Call me spoiled, but I am accustomed to folks respecting my time and money. The bank teller failed to demonstrate any recognizable form of customer service, and the transparency of her disinterest affirmed everything experienced at another branch of Hope Credit Union yesterday. At this point in time, I would recommend opening an account or using a credit union/bank for network needs with anyone but Hope Credit Union. Glad I bank elsewhere, but I am sad that this place is one of the only options for my partner to access his account.
