As a doting mother of three, my journey into birth really began with my first pregnancy. It was through my research, insatiable thirst for knowledge and following my instincts on all things baby, that my passion for childbirth grew. I am committed to supporting families through their pregnancy and birth experiences by providing them with the resources, tools and compassion to achieve their best birth.

Craniosacral Fascia Therapy (CFT) is a very gentle, natural approach with powerful therapeutic effects. Based on the theory that the Craniosacral and Fascial systems are not separate but one interconnected system, this non-invasive approach allows the body to unwind, release strain and tension that contribute to discomfort or dysfunction.

Prepare for your birth by learning about birthing options, individual coping techniques including relaxation with aromatherapy, pelvic floor health, alignment and positioning. 6 x 1-1.5 hr sessions including prenatal education, body work like reiki, craniosacral and fascia treatments, body balancing to help ease pregnancy discomforts and encourage optimal fetal positioning for labour.
