Dedicated to a sound mind - sound body philosophy, she believes that taking care of every part of yourself, especially your feet, is important for your overall health. A desire to improve others' quality of life drove her to build a professional career in medicine and influenced her choice of podiatry.

She was impacted by hardworking people, such as her parents and educators, who taught her to always give 100% effort towards anything she commits to. Kim graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno where she studied Molecular Microbiology and Immunology and Human Development and Family Sciences.
