Opened in 1976 in Clute, TX - just 45 miles south of Houston. Garry Mize and his wife, the late Gail Mize, first launched M&G Trailer Ranch, Inc., a business that has become a Brazosport landmark. Garry and Gail were inspired to begin this business because they loved camping, and at the time there was no local business to support the lifestyle that they had grown to enjoy so much.
