Terrible customer service & higher prices than all competitors. I identified myself and my company when I called but I was told "we don't have time for that" when I asked them to verify the part number printed on the part they're selling before purchase. If they treat commercial customers this way I can't imagine how badly they treat the public when they ask normal questions. Plus their quoted price was nearly 50% higher than all of their competitors. Don't bother with this place, apparently they're "too busy" to actually sell any parts.

Where do I begin I purchased an engine from them for 12,000.00 that was supposed to be reman shipped to Florida get the engine installed and its knocking the owner RAY INSURED ME THAT HE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT BUT DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE REMAN ENGINE WE AGREED ON SWAPPING IT WITH A USED ENGINE BECAUSE HE WAS NOT WILLING TO REFUND HOWEVER HE PROMISED TO REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REMAN AND USED OF 2k he texted me that AFTER I GET THE USED ENGINE AND INSTALL IT JE DOSE NOT WANT REFUND ME YHE 2k difference because the used engine actually works so I guess they try their parts with customers 7 months

Ordered a motor week ago running good since no issue BUT they will give you the run around for the core as far as picking it up . Been a week since my motor was swapped and they have not yet picked up the core(motor) . Other then that I would definitely recommend

A salesman said to me, "look around and see if you can find one, brother" I let him know that i have two others in sight, then he quotes a price that is double the cost of both I have in sight. Then he tells me I am wasting his time because hi phone is ringing, and I look at my timer, 1:38 one minute, thirty eight seconds. I have spent well over a Thousand$$$ at this place over the years and now I think this salesman feels privileged. We will see! But he gave me a false name, when I called back no one hear by that name! Next time he will learn!
