What a great place, especially for someone as computer illiterate as me. My computer froze and among the obvious problems, I had no access to personal or work related documents. Found these guys on line. I walked in off the street without calling. They stopped what they were doing and answered every stupid question I asked. They told me what to do, how to do it and what I needed to do it. They were patient and empathetic, taking as much time to explain as I needed. It worked. I cant recommend these guys enough. If only I could find an auto mechanic as good as these guys.

Every time I call in, these guys are great. Quick, efficient, and most of all: patient. Remote login feature is awesome. They can quickly diagnose any problem without having me try to describe it.
