Being a first time home buyer, there is a lot of anxiety and stress when choosing your home. 360i was extremely thorough and walked me through every single issue on the inspection and made sure I understood before moving on. Mike did a great job with our inspection. He was thorough, and detailed and got the report to us same day. He went over the issues with us and even checked in a few days later to see if any questions had come up. He was personable and professional. We will be using him again if/when we go through this process again. If anyone asks me for a referral, this is who I'm suggesting!

We live out of state, but are in the process of purchasing a home in Colorado. I can’t say how professional, detail oriented, and prompt Mike was. He scheduled and performed a home inspection for us on a quick turnaround and we were so impressed! He took his time, attached photos of his findings, and even included correct setup photos to backup his findings. He answered all of my questions immediately and was super friendly. We could’ve walked into a home that needed easily $20k (seriously, there ended up being so many things wrong in the home) worth of repairs/items needed to be replaced,
