I have gone here for years and have always had great service when it came to helping me with my eyes however today I cant believe I even witnessed this and I probably wont be coming back here until this is addressed. As I sat there waiting for them to get back to me on my appointment (because somehow someone messed up the scheduling, it happens)
I heard a child screaming. Specifically saying, Dont touch me. Get away. Get out. I wont do anything you say. Etc. No big deal. Sometimes kids have meltdowns. This continued for around idk 15 minutes. By now the parents were visibly

I cannot believe what awful customer service this place has. We have been waiting for a set of frames for our young child for three weeks and still do not have any confirmed date for when they will arrive. Each time they told us a new arrival date, did not follow up with us, did not return calls and believe they may have gotten "lost in the mail". We will not be repeat customers here.

Overall a great place to get new frames or contacts. I went with my wife to help pick glasses for her and were were helped by a Sales Associate named Callie, and she was so helpful and got my wife a great deal on her glasses. I hadn't planned on buying glasses, but I ended up buying a pair of glasses since she helped recommend a pair that looked really nice on me. Very professional place and were great in helping me understand my vision insurance better as well. Would go back for any future eye related needs and recommend to people looking for stylish frames.

I've always had such a great experience here. I used to live in GF and went here for my eye exams. I've since moved but was recently back visiting family in the area and my luggage was lost by the airlines, unfortunately with all of my daily contacts in the suitcase. I stopped into Valley Vision to see if there was any way they could help, and they went above and beyond! I was able to get my prescription faxed from my current doctor in Nevada and Valley Vision gave me some daily lenses. I am still beyond grateful! They could have easily been nice and sent me on my way, but instead were so nice
