Valerie is incredible, plain and simple. She is a master of her craft and also just the kindest human alongside it all. I suffer from a wide variety of intermittent issues from my hips to my head after a car accident over 5 years ago. Valerie greeted me with empathy, sought to understand what was going on, and has been my go to trusted source when something feels off for several years. Valerie is the Best in Del Mar and even San Diego!!! She always takes her time to find out how i'm feeling and specializes where she is going to focus my treatment on. I cant believe how much I feel better after a treatment. I've done a sessions for stress and for pain. Each time I have the best sleep after and feel better almost instantly.
