Zack's PC Repair

Zack's PC Repair was founded in 2009, when Zack was in high school. The first few years of business was mainly with family members. In 2012 Zack's PC Repair became part of Boarman Service Company, LLC serving at that time Madisonville, Providence, and Greenville. Later in 2012 Daviess County/Owensboro was added on and in 2014 Webster County & Henderson were finally added to the list of counties available for on-site service.

When you don't have a virus but you've noticed that your computer is just not responding as quick as it should. This also includes our multi-point checklist. With our virus removal technique, it's extremely rare for a reinstall of Windows to be needed. This includes Laptop Screens, Charger Port, Screen Hinges, Covers, and most other parts, subject to availability.

For new clients, a deposit will be required for on-site services. This will be applied towards the final bill, and in the event of a no-show due to a non-emergency, or failure to cancel before 24 hours the deposit will be kept to offset the costs incurred in driving to your location. For computers dropped off, a deposit of $45 will be required before work will be performed.

For most services a one month labor only warranty is provided; phone support will be provided first, followed by Remote support if possible. In some cases it may be needed to bring the computer back to a local shop to be fixed. The main exception is malware removal, which is only offered with a one week warranty, and only for the same malware removed.

All computers brought to our offices undergo a basic diagnosis; the first part that's tested is the Hard Drive. Often times the Hard Drive might only last 3 years, or in some cases even less. When it starts to go you might see programs not opening, Windows freezing, or in some cases a computer that's unable to start.
