Dr. Sherbondy has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Psychiatry. He received his medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California. Then, he completed his residency and fellowship at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina.

Office Policies

New and returning patients who haven't visited our clinic in the past six months will be required to pay a confirmation fee of $25.00 when making the appointment. This fee will be applied to your first visit. If Dr. Sherbondy takes you out of work, we do offer short-term disability forms for a fee.

Patient Referrals

You can then mail, fax or email the form to us along with a copy of your insurance card FRONT and BACK. Once we receive the referral, our referral specialist will give you a call to schedule your appointment. Addiction/Suboxone

Report

We can help with Suboxone. Certain drugs, commonly prescribed for pain, may lead to dependence in some people, even when they are taken as directed. These drugs, along with heroin and methadone, are also highly addictive. Addictive drugs trigger the brain's reward system by making people feel good.

Our office is located on Woodruff Rd between I-385 and Highway 14. Across the street from Walmart on Woodruff Rd, there is a Discount Tire store. Turn onto Prado Way, which is on the left side of Discount Tire, and you will enter Woodruff Road Corporate Park. Make your 3rd right, which is Adley Way.
