Although I had a problem with a brand new fixture placed in my wall after three months I merely notified them and they sent me a replacement part and asked me to return the old one so they could check it out. This was one failure out of 10 that were placed. They suspect it was a defective l e d. I really sent it back in the package they provided it would have been Kinder if they paid postage

I needed a replacement hardscape light (quite a few years old) and Kelsey helped me troubleshoot in a matter of minutes and instead of the entire light fixture, she let me know I only needed a replacement socket which was considerably cheaper, and easy to replace. It was on its way to me that afternoon and I received it a day later. Everyone I talked to was professional and friendly. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks!
