People buy in a price ranges, styles, amenities, views, parking, upgrades and locations. French Quarter, Marigny, and Bywater Neighborhoods of New Orleans
Report
Step across Esplanade Avenue from the French Quarter and you are in the Marigny. One side of the street is the French Quarter and the other is the Marigny. You tend to find less condos in this neighborhood but there are going to be a nice collection of them. Most will be on Esplanade Avenue. The area is going strong in the last ten years and the demand has picked up with each passing year.

St. Charles Avenue Condos, New Orleans Canal Street to Jackson...
Report
Take the walk with me down St. Charles Avenue. I will point out the condos along with historic places, landmarks, homes, and interesting places. The first neighborhood is the Central Business District and the Warehouse District that termites at the Express way right after Lee Circle. Then we enter the Lower Garden District.
St. Charles Avenue Condos, New Orleans Jackson Avenue to Napoleon...
Report
Once you cross Jackson Avenue You get many more oak trees as you can see by the various photos. You will also see more homes and apartments. Many of the homes and apartments have been converted into condos. You are in an area where the streetcar line is ready to take you to Audubon Park or the French Quarter.
