Services
CNC Laser Cutting
Our CNC laser cutting service processes steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, and copper with 8000 watts of processing power. Using both CO2 and fiber lasers, we achieve clean edges, tight tolerances, and minimal heat-affected zones for complex profiles. This technology enables rapid production of precision parts with intricate geometries.
Metal Stamping
We provide progressive and single-station metal stamping using AIDA punching cells up to 160 tons. Our equipment includes LINK controls, servo feeds, and tonnage monitors to ensure quality. This service handles production runs from prototype to high-volume manufacturing with precision tooling.
Robotic Welding
Our robotic MIG welding service handles steel, stainless, and aluminum components using OTC Daihen and Lincoln Electric systems. The automated turntable cell allows continuous processing during production runs, ensuring consistent weld quality for medium to high-volume orders.
Powder Coating
We offer advanced powder coating with GAT Finishing Systems and Gema application technology. Our six-stage washer system and 25-minute cure oven provide durable, uniform finishes with fast color changes. The process ensures contamination control and repeatable results for industrial components.
CNC Punching
Our CNC punching service uses TruPunch 5000 machines with 360-degree rotation heads for complex 3D processing. The combination punch/laser system eliminates multiple machine transfers, reducing production time while maintaining precision for challenging part geometries.
