Kevin was so kind to help me beyond any HVAC maintenance. I am partially disabled, 74 years old and live alone. So he helped me carry items to my garage, bring in a postal delivery box, and took some recycling to my bin. He was patient and polite. The ONLY criticism I have is that after he left, I found clumps of insulation on my floor. Maybe Donovan should equip the trucks w/ brooms!

I called Donovan Heating and Air for a quote to install a NEMA 14-50 charging EV outlet. Parker and Jesse arrived for the estimate less than two hours from the first phone call. Both Jesse and Parker were professional, punctual and very pleasant. They completed the job in less than an hour and I have a nice, clean looking 240v outlet. I would definitely use their services again.

We have used Donavan Heat and Air for many years and have NEVER had a bad experience with service or timing. Each technician had been courteous and timely in their service and repair. The office staff have all been courteous and friendly when speaking to them and everyone is there for us when we call. I would recommend Donavan to anyone who needs service or sale of a new unit.
