Kalamazoo Packaging started in 1970, as Kalamazoo Engineering, which produced high quality aftermarket snowmobile racing components and was considered one of the leaders in the industry. In 1978, Kalamazoo proto-typed our present hand wrapper and began developing our interest in the stretch film applicator business.
1500 Lb Turntable Pallet Wrappers

Kalamazoo Packaging builds a wide range of smaller pallet wrappers. The 1500 Series will accommodate a standard 40 x 48 pallet with a weight capacity of 1500 Lbs. Our Manual Spiral unit features a counter weighted film applicator, while the Wrap Station is designed to be used with a hand held wrapper.

Kalamazoo Packaging Systems, Inc. offers a wide variety of Turntable Pallet Wrappers to suit any type of packaging applications. Our 4000 Series features a 48" turntable disc, that will accommodate a 53" x 53" pallet, and a wrap height of 84". System can be moved with a fork truck from both ends and plugs into a standard 115/1/60 Hz. 15 AMP.
Horizontal Pallet Wrapper 850SAA

The 800 Series SAA stand alone automatic horizontal pallet wrapper is available in various sizes and automatically wraps pallets horizontally. Available models are the 850, 860, 870, and 880. We have upgraded the units to work via remote control. Simply stage the product you wish to wrap, press (1) on the remote to begin cycle.
