Meet the Team

I grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota working for my dad's construction company. After graduating high school in 2006 I went to college in Arizona and became a Paramedic. After working as a paramedic for a few years down there I moved back to the Hills and haven't looked back since. In 2014, I bought my first Duplex and house hacked it.
Our Principles

Laws and principles are not for the times when there is no temptation: they are for such moments as this, when body and soul rise in mutiny against their rigour. If at my convenience I might break them, what would be their worth? Here at BPM we believe everything can be boiled down to two things, Honorable and Dishonorable to our Code of Honor.

I get this question often from home owners. Do you remodel your property now that the tenant has moved out or do you wait until after the next one? At which point does it make financial sense to spend the money to remodel? Their are two sides to this problem that I see, one is. In the last post it ended saying that I will do what Honor demands.
