I have been a Waterford homeowner for 7 years now and couldn't be happier with the home they built. Just like any new home there are always issues, but they worked to resolve them as quickly as possible and have always been available even after the warranty for any questions that I may have. I would not hesitate to purchase another Waterford home in the future if the opportunity presents itself.
