Dillion has sold me two Subarus, the first was 5 years ago. It was a used legacy and it was my first big car purchase. He had no problem letting me test drive a bunch of cars and answering all my questions. He never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable and is very knowledgeable about the cars and financing process. It was all about what I wanted and he never tried to up my budget. This place is amazing. I needed a new car and they were able to help me.out very quick. Other dealerships laughed at me when I asked about a new car. Richard French is a great person and a great salesman. He helped me get everything I wanted they got my financed and got me a brand new Subaru Impreza and I love that car and couldn't be happier. If you need a new or used car please go to Rich he will do everything he can to make you happy and get you into a car.

I tried three different appointments over a couple a months so I could have an accurate review and had attempted to fix the problem before leaving two stars.
TL;DR: mechanics insist my car doesnt have a problem all three appointments and waited until warranty was over to look at it thoroughly. I first came in for two recalls on my Subaru. They found that a part under the warranty needed to be fixed so they ordered it and let me know when it was ready. When I brought it in the second time I asked them to check on the noise coming from that area once the part is fixed. I drove it home and the

Matthews Subaru is a great place to buy a car and have it serviced. Ive found Michelle in their service department pleasant and attentive to details. They have competitive prices for their tires, oil changes, and regular maintenance needs, which is a big plus when going to a dealer for service where often you feel like you might just as well hand over your wallet before you drop off your car. I havent found that to be the case at Matthews.

We've bought 2 cars from Matthews and it's been a pleasure both times. Sales staff has been great and so has the service department. My mother-in-law bought a car from a different dealer and struggles with getting her vehicle serviced. At Matthews I stop by, give them my name and keys and we're good to go. I love my car and Mike was a great sales person he ordered exactly what I wanted. He kept me posted as to length of time and and always had answers for any questions I had. I enjoy purchasing my cars through Matthews. This was my second purchase through them and also my wifes second purchase through them! This is the only place we go to purchase our cars because of their great prices and also they make it a fun experience finding the car you want.
