Contact the office to schedule an evaluation for placement on one of our gymnastics or cheer teams. We coach the most successful, by far, girls Junior Olympic Team in the Tri-Cities. Our gymnasts have won well over 100 individual, all-around, and team GOLD Medals in the last year. We are the home gym to many current Tennessee State Champions.
Our gymnasts have qualified to state, regional and national competition. We are also the home gym of girls who have earned gymnastics college scholarships. Please contact the office for more information. We offer USAG, AAU and In-House Competitive Teams. Children will have fun participating in obstacle courses, rock wall, trampolines, rope swing and much more.

There are 8 weeks of classes in every billing session. A session may last longer than 8 calendar weeks if the gym is scheduled to closed for Holidays. There are no added registration fees. Girls may wear a leotard of their choosing or comfortable shorts and t-shirt. Boys wear comfortable shorts and a t-shirt.
