We built a custom house. Had a great builder, but B&W made several big mistakes1) they left a 1/2 inch gap between the crown molding on the kitchen cabinets and the ceilinghad to be called out to fix it; 2) they made one of the cabinets larger than what it was supposed to be and had to take it back to their shop (an hour away) to rebuild that; 3) they did not square up where the dishwasher went which leaves a bigger gap at the top than at the bottom on one side. But the biggest problem was with the slow close drawers in the kitchen. We did not ask for these but were told this was

B&W Cabinets and Millwork provided my wife and I excellent customer service on several occasions. We have had their cabinets installed throughout our house since the early 1990s, which by the way are still in excellent condition. My wife wanted concealed (Mortise) hinges installed in over 30 raised panel doors. Even though they usually work directly with building contractors, they were very willing and adaptable with helping us out. They were very courteous and clearly explained to us that our cabinet panels would be worked in to their schedule to not disrupt their scheduled orders . If you are

B&W Cabinets has excellent customer service. Very help full cabinet tech Jay came to my house to take care of warranty work and he was so kind and respectful. Megan who I spoke with on the phone for scheduling was very courteous and kind. I would recommend them 100%.
